To coordinate with other stake holders i.e. project managers, architects & consulting engineers and chalk out daily work plan.
- To coordinate with the site engineers and contractors.
- To remain present at the project site during working hours.
- To supervise the working of labourers, subcontractors and work activities.
- To coordinate delivery of materials, plants and equipment at Project site.
- To manage any adverse situation arising at the construction site.
- To ensure implementation of site rules, safety/welfare and provision of civic

amenities to the workers engaged at the site.
- To keep proper record of material brought at site and indent required material in advance to his counterpart in the company.
- To organize and oversee external inspections, such as with Health and

Safety Inspector.
- To maintain measurement books for the work being carried out by the

vendor/sub-contractors and verify their bills.
- _**Responsible for complete Site Execution and strong knowledge of the**_
- **same.**_
- To prepare BOQ/ Estimation sheet for new project(s) and project

estimation etc.
- To coordinate with Project Manager for engagement of vendor(s)/Sub
- Contractor(s)

1. Ability & aptitude in presenting company’s profile with clients/community/professionals

2. Ability & aptitude to motivate and maintain discipline among the workforces.

3. Knowledge about the provisions of labour laws, Government laws and policies related to labour and construction industry.

4. Ability and aptitude to understand drawings and contract documents.

5. Complete knowledge of latest trends and materials available in the market.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
