**Who We’re Looking For**:
We need someone who _lives and breathes marketing_ This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about both **performance marketing** and **creative direction**, and is looking to take ownership of digital campaigns and content strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Performance Marketing Expertise**
- Must be very experienced with **Facebook Ads (via Ads Manager)** and **Google Ads**, specifically for D2C eCommerce brands focused on sales and conversions.
- Experience in setting up **Facebook Pixel**, **Google Analytics**, **event tracking**, and **conversion tracking** across platforms like Shopify and WordPress.

**2. Content Strategy + Social Media Growth**
- Strong skills in **content planning, ideation, and execution** for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Ability to **craft unique campaign ideas**, not just generic carousels or animated reels.

**3. Creative Direction at Shoots**
- Must be comfortable visiting shoot locations to **guide videographers and photographers**.
- Should be able to **assist clients on scripts, poses, facial expressions, and brand tone** to ensure high-quality content.

**4. Creative Collaboration**
- Work closely with the design team to ensure **aesthetic and impactful creatives** are produced.
- Push creative boundaries with innovative design ideas and storytelling concepts.

**What We Expect**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in performance marketing and creative execution.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, ad metrics, and ROI optimization.
- Good team collaboration and on-ground execution skills.
- Eagerness to lead projects and contribute creatively to every stage—from ideation to execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
