Mitshuoshi Group, a leading HVAC solutions provider with a strong presence in Kolkata, India, and several branches across the region, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Executive to join our team. The HVAC Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the HVAC sector.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Growth**:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the HVAC sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Present HVAC products and solutions to clients, addressing their needs and requirements effectively.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Understand client needs and tailor HVAC solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
**Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and areas for growth.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, equipment, and solutions offered by Mitshuoshi Group.
- Effectively communicate product features, advantages, and benefits to clients.
**Sales Reporting**:
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and sales contracts.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions from sales to installation.
**Travel**:
- Be willing to travel to meet clients and attend meetings or industry events as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience of 2-5 years, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel within the Kolkata region and potentially to other branches as needed.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,521.53 per month
