**Showroom Associate**
**Responsibilities**:
- Delivering a sales pitch, demonstration, presentation, and proposal to customers
- Following up with existing clients periodically to check on their satisfaction after paying attention to the needs of the market, sharing observations with the product and marketing teams.
- Speaking with clients and architects on the co-introduction.
- Informing the estimation team of the deadlines for submitting quotes.
- Scheduling stakeholders meetings/ Calls and facilitating communication between sales and operation team throughout the Project life cycle (Until Handover is done ) post sales.
- Managing Project management documents such as the Work orders/Designs/Drawings/Schedule, scope of work.
- Monitoring Project Progress and clearing any impediments if any by informing concerned stakeholders
- Ensure all required documentations done properly,
- Ensure before the team mobilizes for site survey/ final measurements required documents and ready and site conditions related snaps received.
- To take care of the Showroom in terms of cleaning and managing staff.
**Qualifications: /Skills / Experience**:
- Worked experience of Project management
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Eg Google Docs, Sheets, forms etc)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to details
