**Job Title**: MBBS Doctor for Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - Night Shifts

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MBBS doctor to join our team as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) physician for night shifts. This includes managing emergencies, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the well-being of young patients in the PICU.

**Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care**:

- Provide high-quality medical care to pediatric patients in the PICU during night shifts.
- Monitor and manage critically ill children, including those on life support systems.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide timely interventions.

**Discharge Summaries**:

- Prepare comprehensive and accurate discharge summaries for patients under your care.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and families to ensure a smooth transition from PICU to general pediatric care.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and specialists, to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to care planning.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Complete documentation promptly and accurately, including progress notes, orders, and discharge summaries.

**Education and Communication**:

- Provide guidance and education to junior medical staff, residents, and nursing staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families, explaining medical conditions, treatment plans, and prognosis in a compassionate manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree (MBBS) and valid medical license.

**Skills**:

- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation.

**Working Conditions**:

- Night shifts

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Physician: 1 year (preferred)
