**Mission**
Support the Training team in developing, implementing, and administering training programs aimed at improving the skills and competencies of medical and non-medical staff at the Asian Heart Institute. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality training sessions that enhance soft and hard skills, contributing to the continuous improvement of patient care and hospital operations.
**Outcomes**
In your first year with us, you will achieve the following:
- Successful Training Delivery: Help facilitate the successful execution of the training program, contributing to high engagement and a strong completion rate among staff. Ensure 100% of staff receive their required 96 hours of annual training.
- Improvement Tracking: Support the implementation of feedback mechanisms and assist in tracking performance improvements, contributing to a minimum 10% improvement in training effectiveness year-over-year.
- Compliance Adherence: Play a key role in ensuring all training programs comply with healthcare regulations and assist in maintaining accreditation standards.

**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Training
- Hospitality background such as hotels, airlines and hospitals strongly preferred
