- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer insights, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, leveraging this information to propose innovative brand strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales reports and consumer feedback, to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling visual designs, marketing materials, and brand assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure brand compliance in all marketing communications.
- Cultivate relationships with external partners, including vendors, agencies, and industry

Influencers, to amplify our brand's reach and impact.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand management, social media executive or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of brand principles and marketing strategies. Familiar with web design.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video)
- Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software.

Pay: ₹8,595.72 - ₹30,000.00 per month
