- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar accounting/payroll executive role
- Quite good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of any CRM software (ADP, Paycom)
- Ability to manage and process multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
- Ability to understand client queries and respond promptly
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Quite good knowledge in analytical and forecasting skills
