**Job Title**:
PYP Coordinator

**Location**:
Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

**Salary**:
₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month
- (Note: Salary may vary based on experience and institutional policies.)_

**Experience Required**:
2 to 4 years in teaching or educational coordination, preferably within the IB Primary Years Programme framework.

**Educational Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; IB PYP certification is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Development & Implementation**:

- Lead the development and implementation of the PYP curriculum, ensuring alignment with IB standards and principles.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and review transdisciplinary units of inquiry that promote inquiry-based learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making necessary adjustments to enhance student learning outcomes.

**Teacher Support & Professional Development**:

- Provide guidance and support to teachers in delivering the PYP curriculum effectively.
- Organize and facilitate professional development sessions to enhance teaching practices and understanding of the PYP framework.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to educators.

**Assessment & Student Progress**:

- Oversee the assessment strategies to ensure they align with IB assessment principles.
- Monitor student progress and achievement, ensuring that assessments are used to inform instruction and support student learning.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of the PYP exhibition as a culminating student project.

**Communication & Collaboration**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between the school and the IB organization, ensuring compliance with IB requirements.
- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about the PYP curriculum and their child's progress.
- Collaborate with school leadership and other coordinators to ensure a cohesive educational experience across programs.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records related to the PYP, including curriculum documentation and assessment data.
- Prepare reports for school leadership and the IB organization as required.
- Ensure the school meets all IB authorization and evaluation requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
