**Job Summary**:
A Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. The role involves meeting sales targets, building strong relationships with medical personnel, and staying updated with the latest product knowledge and market trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals.
- Provide accurate information about products, including dosage, side effects, and benefits.
- Organize product presentations, conferences, and group meetings for doctors.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, meetings, and product feedback.
- Collaborate with team members and share market intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar sales role (freshers can be considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to learn and retain detailed product information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Working Conditions**:

- Field-based role with frequent travel.
- Flexible hours depending on doctor availability and medical events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
