We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Business Development Managers. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting our hemp-based products to healthcare professionals and establishing strong relationships within the medical community.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals about the benefits and uses of our hemp-based products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products, including their therapeutic properties, dosages, potential side effects, and interactions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for healthcare professionals, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our product line.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively seeking out potential healthcare providers and expanding our network.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and scientific developments related to hemp-based products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support the launch of new products and initiatives.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to represent Hemped Souls International LLP and promote our brand.
- Collect feedback and insights from healthcare professionals to contribute to product improvements and market strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Pharm.D., M.D., etc.) will be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or nutraceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, including legal requirements for promoting and selling hemp-based products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product presentations and effectively communicate scientific information to a diverse audience.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
- Willingness to travel regularly as this is a field job.
- Ethical and professional conduct, adhering to compliance guidelines, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
