**Job Title**: Area Sales Executive

**Location**: Nakaijuri, Onda, Bankura, West Bengal

**Reports To**: Dairy Manager, Bithi Farm Private Limited

**Summary**

Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for the dairy industry and a proven track record in sales and business development? We're looking for a dynamic Dairy Marketing Executive to expand our reach within the retail and residential sectors. If you have experience onboarding retailers and societies for dairy products like milk, paneer, and curd, and possess excellent relationship-building skills, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- **Retailer Onboarding**: Identify, approach, and onboard new retail partners (e.g., kirana stores, supermarkets) to stock and sell our range of dairy products.
- **Society Partnerships**: Establish and nurture relationships with residential societies to secure bulk orders and subscriptions for milk and other dairy essentials.
- **Sales & Subscriptions**: Drive sales by effectively presenting our product portfolio, highlighting benefits, and converting leads into long-term customers and subscribers.
- **Market Intelligence**: Gather market feedback, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to help refine our marketing and sales strategies.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing retailers and societies to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Order Fulfillment Coordination**: Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, achievements, and market insights regularly.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-3 years of proven sales or marketing experience within the dairy industry.
- **Industry Background**: Prior experience with reputable dairy brands such as **Mother Dairy, Amul, or Country Delight** is highly preferred.
- **Sales Acumen**: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- **Proactive & Self-Motivated**: A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- **Local Market Knowledge**: Familiarity with local markets and retail landscapes in Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas is a plus.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
