**Overview**:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote our products/services and increase revenue. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Your aim will be to achieve sales targets, enhance brand awareness, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Developing Sales Strategies**: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Generating Leads**: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their requirements, address their concerns, and provide solutions to meet their needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Showcase the features and benefits of our products/services and highlight their value proposition.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals. Handle objections effectively and close sales to achieve revenue targets. Follow up with clients to ensure smooth execution of contracts and customer satisfaction.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, advertising materials, and promotional activities across various platforms.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics. Prepare regular reports and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
