Preferred skills
- Attentive participation in US Corporate Tax training modules and on the job trainings.
- Preparation of US Corporate, Operating Partnership and State tax returns (Form 1120 etc)
- Responsible for senior review of deliverables before handing them to Manager.
- Coaching team members on a regular basis and responsible for their progression as well.
- Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, decision-making and project management abilities
- Understands engagement team structure and roles within the team
- Proactively interact with key client engagement team to gather information and resolve tax-related problems
- Support Service implementations from start to finish (planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects).
- Supervise and train staff and New Joiners on tax projects.
- Gain understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives.
- Should possess strong technical knowledge on IRC code sections and its implications on tax returns.
- Track daily assignments, provide periodic status updates on ongoing deliverables, and coordinate with other team members to meet internal and client deadlines.
- Minimum years experience required
- 5- 6 years of experience in US corporation tax and ONE SOURCE /Go System is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel).
- Broad exposure to Federal income taxation and knowledge of tax regulations.
- Should have worked in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills

**Salary**: ₹8,268.53 - ₹3,000,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban - 560065, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
