Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a US Taxation Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local tax returns for clients, performing tax research, and ensuring compliance with US tax regulations. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients in understanding tax implications, preparing tax forecasts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for data collection and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Tax Compliance and Reporting experience, including preparation and review of federal and state tax returns.
  • Proficiency in Tax Research and Analysis, including knowledge of US tax codes and regulations.
  • Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Accounting Principles as related to taxation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and teams.
  • Proficiency in tax software and tools like iSolved & QuickBooks, or other industry-standard applications.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
