Pepper Content is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 4.5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and majority of the startup ecosystem. We launched Peppertype.ai last year and the SaaS tool is currently used by over 200,000+ users across 140+ countries. Now we are in a rapid expansion phase to offer more content types and create custom content models for enterprises. We are looking for a Prompt Writer who has a keen interest in content, digital marketing and has the curiosity of a child.

**At Pepper Content, you will**:

- Work directly with the product & business teams.
- Understand user’s content needs and briefs.
- Create and test different prompts for different product and business requirements.
- Own the quality of the content generated by the AI models.
- Optimize the existing prompts to improve content quality.
- 1+ year of experience in content writing.
- Should be excellent at communication, be able to explain ideas clearly.
- Must be extremely proactive and self-starter.
- Good understanding of search engine optimization (SEO)
- Can understand and write a wide variety of content types such as Instagram captions, e-commerce product descriptions, etc.
