Manage the maintenance and implementation of safety programs, compliance plans, and initiatives.
- Conduct, coordinate and track various training to support company programs like First-Aid training, Lab safety training, New joiner induction training and tests (India and UK), firefighting, fire hydrant training, etc.
- Working with the EHS team for Key Cooperative promotion of safety governance in the Company.
- Conduct routine safety audits (external and internal), ensuring compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and practices.
- Maintain internal and regulatory reports including data collection, observations, SOPs, policies etc.
- Liaising with government authorities like GPCB, the fire department, and DISH.
- Ability to take necessary steps to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.

**Job requirements**:

- A relavent degree in B.Sc Fire and Safety or PDIS (Post Diploma in Industrial Safety).
- 1-3 years of relevent work experience in Pharma or chemical company, managing and implementing safety programs, compliance plans, and initiatives.
- Clear understanding of EHS principles & strategies.
- Have a passion for EHS as well as being open to continuous learning and education.
- Creative thinking to spot new ideas and initiatives for safety awareness and promoting safe culture across site(s).
- Be highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast paced team environment.
- Ability to work in a team in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture.
- Self-motivated with initiative to reach challenging targets.
- Outstanding business writing and proofing skills with fearless and positive mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and good at drafting process and policies.
- Positivity, focus and a winning mentality allied with kindness.
- Curiosity, energy, creativity, and bravery with a strong desire to help to build the o2h culture.
