**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
✔Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs in alignment with industry and legal regulations.
✔Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, and other safety and environmental standards.
✔Implement waste management, pollution control, and energy conservation initiatives.
✔Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
✔Conduct training programs on occupational safety, hazardous material handling, and emergency response for employees.
✔Ensure proper storage, labeling, and disposal of hazardous substances used in cosmetics and skincare manufacturing.
✔Monitor air, water, and chemical exposure levels to ensure a safe working environment.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
✔Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
✔3-5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
✔Strong knowledge of EHS laws, hazardous material handling, and environmental sustainability programs.
✔Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent is preferred.
✔Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety documentation.
✔Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
