## Job Description:
## Responsibilities:

- **Data Management**: Maintain and update company databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- **Document Preparation**: Create, format, and edit documents using MS Word.
- **Spreadsheet Management**: Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining records.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare and present periodic reports as required by the management.
- **Customer Support**: Handle customer inquiries and provide information as needed.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with general administrative duties and support various departments as required.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

## Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,683.28 - ₹35,746.67 per month
