**Job Title**: Graphic Designer - Acrylic Department

**Location**: Bhiwandi
**Department**: Acrylic / Display Fabrication
**Reports To**: Acrylic Manager

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create design concepts, layouts, and mockups for acrylic products, signage, POP displays, and branding materials.
- Prepare accurate production-ready files for laser cutting, CNC, printing, and fabrication processes.
- Work closely with the acrylic production team to ensure design feasibility and alignment with material specifications.
- Develop innovative 2D/3D designs for exhibitions, retail stores, branding props, and interior elements.
- Handle product visualization, renders, and digital presentations for client approvals.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, color accuracy, and material usage.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and marketing teams for design inputs and project requirements.
- Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and artwork.
- Stay updated with trends in acrylic design, signage, and retail branding.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in signage, acrylic fabrication, display, or related industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Knowledge of laser cutting/CNC file preparation.
- Basic 3D visualization skills (SketchUp / 3Ds Max preferred).
- Strong sense of creativity, color, typography, and layout.
- Ability to convert ideas into practical production-ready designs.
- **Other Qualities**:

- Attention to detail.
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
