**Job Title: D2C Graphic Designer**

**Work Mode
- 5.5 Days Work From Office (Saturday Half Day)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Asset Creation**: Develop visually striking and effective digital marketing assets for various platforms, including Facebook ad creatives, social media graphics, WhatsApp marketing visuals, website banners, and other online promotional materials.

**Brand Cohesion**: Ensure that all design work aligns with and reinforces the brand's identity and maintains a consistent visual language across diverse digital channels.

**Adaptability**: Create designs that are optimized for different digital platforms, taking into account various ad sizes and specifications.

**A/B Testing**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create multiple design variants for A/B testing and adjust designs based on performance metrics.

**Visual Storytelling**: Craft visuals that effectively convey the brand's message and resonate with the target audience, utilizing images and graphics to tell a compelling story.

**Creative Ideation**: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation processes for digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, bringing fresh design perspectives to the table.

**Image Selection**: Curate and select images, icons, and other visual elements that complement design concepts and align with campaign goals.

**Software Proficiency**: Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools to produce high-quality visual content.

**Timely Delivery**: Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring punctual delivery of creative assets.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to harmonize design with marketing objectives and strategies.

**Staying Current**: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to consistently elevate the quality of design work.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating digital marketing materials for e-commerce and D2C brands.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse digital design work.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability to design trends.
- A demonstrated ability to work with data-driven insights and feedback.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and optimization for various platforms and devices.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
