- The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) group at Fractal Analytics is actively involved in helping Fortune 500 companies by enabling them to discover how they can leverage their data using advanced and sophisticated AI/ML algorithms for which we are looking for Data Scientists with the capability to work on independent statistical and machine learning research/ projects. - As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large and complex data sets to inform business decisions and strategies. Your primary objective will be to use statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights and value from data, and to communicate those insights effectively to key stakeholders.- Key Responsibilities:Assist with building advanced ML based recommendation system, propensity modelling and prioritization on RTM use cases
-Liaison with consultants and data engg on Range for driving use case EDA, model development and scale
-Work with large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions
-Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models to analyze data and generate predictions and recommendations
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
-Use data visualization tools to communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
-Continuously evaluate and improve models and algorithms to ensure accuracy and relevance
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts
- Requirements:Advanced degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
-Strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
-Experience working with large and complex data sets
-Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
-Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
-Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for using data to inform business decisions
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
