**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries and requests.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights into financial performance and trends.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and documentation.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to optimize resource allocation and achieve financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
- Participate in audits and reviews of financial records and processes to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least [X years] of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all aspects of work.

Pay: ₹8,655.30 - ₹27,716.02 per month
