Search Engine Optimization Executive

An SEO (Search Engine Optimization) specialist's job is to improve a website's search engine ranking to increase traffic and brand awareness.

**Job Title**: SEO Executive

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to help optimize our website and improve its visibility on search engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to increase website traffic, enhance organic rankings, and improve user experience. You should have a deep understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques, content optimization, keyword research, and analytics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords for content optimization.
- **On-Page SEO**: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, images, and internal links to improve search engine rankings.
- **Off-Page SEO**: Develop and execute link-building strategies, focusing on acquiring high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and other web content.
- **Technical SEO**: Perform website audits to identify technical issues, including broken links, site speed, and mobile optimization, and work to resolve them.
- **SEO Analytics & Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to track and analyze website performance. Provide regular reports on SEO performance, traffic, and rankings.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct competitor research to understand SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Staying Updated**: Keep up-to-date with SEO best practices, industry trends, and algorithm updates from search engines.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Work closely with web developers and UX designers to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- **Local SEO**: Optimize content and listings for local search if applicable, managing Google My Business and local citations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with paid search (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Knowledge of social media marketing and its integration with SEO strategies.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar SEO-related qualifications.
- Experience in mobile SEO and voice search optimization.

Pay: ₹10,596.32 - ₹35,551.63 per month
