**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Location**:Mohali

**Job Summary**:The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial planning activities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

Reconciliation Activities
- Undertake Periodic Reconciliation of BRS/ Revenue/ WMS Reconciliation/ MPC Reconciliation/ Payment Reconciliation.

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Auditing: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring timely provision of all required documentation and information.

Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.

Support Financial Planning: Collaborate with the finance team in developing financial strategies, plans, and models.

Software and System Use: Utilize accounting software and tools (e.g., Zoho, Microsoft Excel) to perform daily tasks efficiently.

Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in accounting or a related role.

**Certifications**:CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.

**Technical Skills**:Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

**Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Ethics**: High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards.

Pay: ₹20,022.12 - ₹28,893.24 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
