**About Us**:
Ivanka Lumiere is a premier luxury lighting brand renowned for its exquisite designs and impeccable craftsmanship. We are expanding our presence with a new store in Mohali and are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our accounting operations, stock, and purchase codes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory, ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
- Handle purchase codes and ensure all procurement activities are aligned with company policies.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Conduct regular audits of stock and inventory to prevent discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Work closely with the store manager to monitor and manage the financial health of the store.
- Provide support during financial audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Use accounting software to process transactions and generate reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, preferably in retail or inventory management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
