**Work Timings**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven **Inside Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team. The role involves counseling and converting leads into admissions for **UG/PG online courses**. You will play a pivotal role in building trust with potential students and guiding them towards choosing the right program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about various UG/PG courses and counsel students to help them make informed decisions.
- Understand student requirements, and match them with suitable programs.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager.
- Update and maintain lead data and activity records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead nurturing and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 6 months of experience** in EdTech sales or a similar telesales/inside sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
