**THE INTERNSHIP - Marketing Analytics ( Bangalore, India )**

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Intern to join our team and assist with A/B testing initiatives aimed at optimizing marketing strategies and improving website conversion rates. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Tech, to develop and implement testing strategies that inform future campaigns and product developments.

We’re looking for interns who can think creatively and analytically, embrace ambiguity and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a solution-focused mindset driven by making an impact.
- Developing and maintaining a centralized A/B testing learnings framework to track, organize, and categorize insights.
- Collaborating with the wider Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to ensure that test learnings are applied to future initiatives and strategies.
- Assisting in supporting the development of A/B test hypotheses at the audience-segment level, aimed at improving website conversion rates.
- Analyzing and reporting on A/B test results, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing and product strategies.
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of testing methodologies and processes within the organization.

**THE QUALIFICATION**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data analysis, marketing optimization, and user experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Basic understanding of A/B testing, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization (preferred but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability present complex information clearly and concisely to different stakeholders

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and locations

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
