Job Title: Social Media Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's

marketing objectives.
- Identify key social media trends and insights to stay ahead of the curve in the competitive

FMCG foods industry.
- Take ownership of the LinkedIn profiles of the CEO and key individuals, ensuring a

consistent and professional brand image.

2. Content Creation:

- Create a content calendar aligning with the company's messaging and objectives
- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including

Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the design teams to produce visually appealing and compelling multimedia

content.

3. Community Management:

- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions to maintain

positive brand perception.

4. Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to promote new product launches,

promotions, and events.

5. Influencer Collaboration:

- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand

reach and awareness.
- Manage relationships with influencers and coordinate collaborations to showcase our

products authentically.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the success of social media efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide

recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in the FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,308.76 per month
