- Project Management: Manage design projects from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in the decor, furniture, or natural stone industry.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes for furniture and decor, including stone cutting, polishing, and assembly.
- Creativity: Proven ability to create innovative, visually appealing designs that cater to diverse international markets.
- Sourcing Expertise: Experience in sourcing raw materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present designs to stakeholders.
- Market Awareness: Familiarity with global decor and furniture trends, particularly in export markets like the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design and production challenges while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Preferred:

- Experience in the export industry or working with international clients.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and certifications (e.g., FSC, eco-labels).
- Portfolio showcasing previous work with natural stones, agates, or luxury decor/furniture.

Pay: ₹11,775.86 - ₹46,624.42 per month
