**Your Role**:
As a Product Designer, you'll be a vital part of our design team, contributing to the creation and enhancement of our user experiences for customers, brokers and developers. You'll have the opportunity to charm boring designs with out-of-the-box thinking, creative visualization, and an impeccable understanding of users. You'll have the chance to work with a dynamic team, gain practical experience, and learn from the best in the industry. One of the key aspects of your role will be a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design and our customers and serving our brand’s purpose, business missions and customer needs.

**Must-Have Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement innovative and user-friendly product interfaces.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
- Ability to think through the problems with appropriate context
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
- Troubleshoot and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
- Actively participate in design reviews, and contribute to the team's design standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality designs.
