Job Description /KRA - Influencer Marketing

Campaign/ Strategic Marketing

1. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns

2. Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders

3. Develop content ideas for campaigns

Influencer Marketing

4. Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users

5. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

6. Identify special dates and events to create campaign led influencer content for all brands

7. Create and coordinate digital marketing strategies that work across different channels

8. Identify different platforms and influencers/content creators for the brands

9. Use social listening tools to identify and build an understanding of our clients’/prospects’ target

audiences and trends

10. Set clear objectives: Agree objectives for campaigns considering traffic, brand awareness,

customer retention, online reputation, leads or sales as a starting point

11. Affiliate marketing strategy, curation, execution and results

13. Outreach and execution

Social Media

14. Social strategy: Work alongside the client to define and manage the Social strategy. This may

also include working alongside the Paid Media team when amplifying social campaigns.

Miscellaneous

15. Campaign Analysis: Analyze the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign

objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement

16. Work with clients to define the right approach to meet the set objectives. Identify and liaise with

relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements

are in place

17. New Business: Build responses to prospects’ briefs, identifying areas for improvement and ideas

for new activity and be able to present these in a compelling way to senior stakeholders

18. Presentation and people skills: Strong presentation and speaking skills; ability to build and

maintain relationships easily; ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written

and verbal format and build and maintain relationships; organised (you’ll work on multiple

projects at once), with high attention to detail; a proactive, can-do attitude

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
