Job Title: Brand Influencer

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**:

- Develop and produce high-quality and engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.
- Create a variety of content types, including but not limited to photos, videos, and stories, to showcase our products/services.

2. **Social Media Engagement**:

- Maintain an active and authentic presence on social media platforms, with a focus on the platforms most relevant to our target audience.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around our brand.

3. **Brand Advocacy**:

- Act as a genuine and enthusiastic advocate for our brand, embodying our values and messaging in all interactions.
- Share your personal experiences with our products/services to provide authentic testimonials.

4. **Collaborations and Partnerships**:

- Identify and initiate collaborations with other influencers and brands that align with our values and target audience.
- Participate in brand-sponsored events, campaigns, and promotions.

5. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of your content and engagement metrics.
- Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of your efforts, and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a social media influencer with a strong and engaged following.
- Deep understanding of social media trends and the ability to adapt content accordingly.
- Excellent storytelling and content creation skills across multiple formats.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for our brand and a genuine belief in our products/services.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms for content creation and scheduling.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
