Role Definition

We are Seeking talented, sales-oriented professionals to build a strong student
admissions team
- As the Applications and Visa Executive, you will be responsible for:
1. Handling the Admissions back-office operations
a. Receiving documents from the counsellor
b. Reviewing documents to ensure they are complete
progress)
d. Follow up with student/university partner for any pendency in
documentation/processing
e. Receiving the final offer letter from the University and sharing with the counsellor
3. Maintaining relationships with university partners to relieve bottlenecks and ensure the
smoothened experience for students
4. Assist the student by communicating with them for document requirement of
SOPs, sharing of documents, follow-up)
5. Follow-up and fast track cases as per need with the team
6. Meticulous note taking, record keeping and usage of the CRM software to track all leads
7. Take initiatives to improve the TAT of the life cycle
As the Applications and Visa Executive, they will have the unique opportunity to be the key hinge for the counselor - student and the university partner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
