We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Female Visa Counsellor to guide students and clients through the visa and immigration process for studying, working, or settling abroad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of visa documentation and embassy procedures, and the ability to handle client queries with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel clients and students regarding visa applications, study programs, and immigration processes for countries such as Europe.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about visa requirements, documentation, and processing timelines.
  • Review client profiles and assess eligibility for various visa categories.
  • Assist in preparing and checking application forms, statements of purpose, financial documents, and other visa-related paperwork.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of applications and documents.
  • Coordinate with embassies, universities, and other institutions as needed.
  • Maintain client records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries with professionalism.
  • Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (in any field; preference for business, education, or related disciplines).
  • Minimum 1 of experience in visa counselling, overseas education, or immigration services.
  • Strong understanding of international visa processes (especially for study/work visas).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
