**Sales Coordinator Cum Business Development Executive is the one who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that targets are met, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.**:

- **Sales Strategy Execution**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and upholds the company’s reputation.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- **Sales Operations**:

- Achieve assigned Sales Target by self & by team.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Oversee the use of CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
