**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Good communication skills, especially in English Kannada, both in oral and in written form.

2. Drafting Agreements such as Leave and License / Lease Agreements.

3. Vetting of SLA, MSA and other confidential Agreements such as NDA.

4. Knowledge of court proceedings is an added advantage.

5. Drafting of Legal Notices, Reply Notices, Documentation, Draft preparations for Notices, Sale Deeds, Memorandum of Understandings, Lease Deed, leave and License.

6. Preparation of Legal Opinions on property issues and also in all other related queries etc

7. Planning & Co-ordination Agreement for Registration process.

8. Advise on contract status, legal risks and business terms of various deals

9. Ensuring proper contract stamping and registration of all the agreements including all execution formalities

10. Monitoring the lifecycle of all the contracts
11. Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates
12. Ensure Compliance to Applicable laws

**Salary**: ₹239,019.25 - ₹501,769.41 per year
