Job Description:

- Handle customer interactions across various channels, including phone calls,
- Assist customers in understanding pricing, financing options, government incentives,

scheduling service slots and delivery timelines.

Graduate with 0- 1 years of experience in roles within customer service call centers.

Exceptional communication skills in English and Regional language.

Deep understanding of electric vehicles or the automotive industry is a plus.

Proven experience to quickly analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and provide

effective solutions or escalate as needed.

Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle complex customer inquiries with

professionalism and efficiency.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools will be

an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
