**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, address inquiries, and drive sales or conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries.
- Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly targets as set by the organization.
- Provide accurate and complete information about products/services.
- Handle objections and maintain a positive customer relationship.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation and campaign updates.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

**Work Conditions**:

- Flexible working hours (depending on the campaign or target).
- Office-based or remote, depending on company policy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
