**POSITION **: Customer Relationship Executive (Work from Home)

6 Months Probation | 12 Months Employee Agreement

**ABOUT US**

**ROLE**

Strong telephone etiquette.

Build good relationships with customers.

Manage incoming calls and handle customer queries.

Regular followup with customer.

Communicating with existing clients and fixing appointments.

Coordinating with internal sales team for appoinments.

Understanding of the product.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.

Knowledge of advance Microsoft Excel feature will be preferred.

(MS Excel feature such as Validations, Built-in Function, PivotTables, ‘IF’ conditions, Charts will be required for this role.)
