Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve performance, ROI, and overall effectiveness.

Monitor and track campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the marketing team and management.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and visibility.

Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.

Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital marketing strategies and results.

Coordinate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Assist in the development and execution of overall marketing strategies and contribute to other marketing initiatives as needed.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and major social media platforms.

Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing content.

Creative, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
