**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Photography**: Capture high-quality images of our lighting projects in various stages, focusing on installation processes, completed works, and client interactions.
- **Behind-the-Scenes Documentation**: Photograph our team at work, highlighting collaboration, creativity, and the technical expertise that goes into our lighting design projects.
- **Branding Content Creation**: Develop trendy reels and short video content for social media platforms that effectively represent our brand, engage our audience, and promote our projects.
- **Post-Production**: Edit and retouch images as needed to ensure all visuals align with the company's branding guidelines and aesthetic standards.
- **Content Strategy Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align photography and videography efforts with overall branding strategies and campaigns.
- **Creative Input**: Propose innovative ideas for photo shoots, including themes, angles, and styles that enhance our brand narrative.
- **Portfolio Management**: Maintain an organized archive of all photographic content for easy access and reference by the marketing and design teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a professional photographer, preferably in architectural, design, or commercial photography.
- Proficiency in photography techniques and equipment, including DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and colour theory.
- Familiarity with social media trends and video content creation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A creative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project needs and branding goals.

**Additional Information**:

- A portfolio showcasing your previous work, especially in architectural or commercial photography, is required.
- Flexibility to travel to various project sites as needed.
