**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**:

- Conceptualize and design furniture pieces that meet client specifications, market trends, and brand identity.
- **Create 2D/3D renderings, technical drawings, and models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar tools.**:

- Ensure designs are functional, practical, and aesthetically appealing.
- **Material Selection**:Select appropriate materials, considering cost, durability, sustainability, and customer preferences.
- **Prototyping and Testing**:Work closely with the production team to develop prototypes.
- Ensure prototypes align with original design concepts and make adjustments as needed.
- Participate in the testing of prototypes to assess durability, comfort, and overall quality.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Liaise with clients, interior designers, and architects to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and quality in manufacturing processes.
- Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- **Market Research**:Stay updated on the latest furniture design trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
- Research customer needs and preferences to create marketable designs.
- Benchmark against competitors to ensure designs are innovative and commercially viable.
- **Project Management**:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to production.
- Maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of designs and prototypes.
- Work within project budgets, managing material costs and production expenses.

**Job Specification**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a furniture designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing design work.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar) and 3D modeling.
- Knowledge of furniture production processes, materials, and manufacturing technologies.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in furniture design or a related design field.
- Experience working on custom furniture design projects is an asset.
- Understanding of sustainable design practices and material choices is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.45 per year
