**Job Summary**:
The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department, ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. This role involves understanding customer concerns, explaining services, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and listen to their service needs or complaints.
- Open job cards and record details accurately in the system.
- Provide service cost estimates and get customer approval.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians and monitor service progress.
- Update customers regarding job status, additional work, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time after proper quality checks.
- Handle warranty claims and explain the coverage to customers (if applicable).
- Maintain service records and follow up with customers for feedback.
- Promote service offers, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and accessories.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the Service Manager if required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
