Job Overview:

The Service Advisor is responsible for being the first point of contact for customers at our service center. This role involves communicating effectively with customers about their vehicle needs, providing service recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating service schedules and following up on repairs. The Service Advisor plays a key role in enhancing customer loyalty and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, assess their service requirements, and communicate effectively about repair options and timelines.
  • Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, track repairs, and provide customers with regular updates on service status.
  • Service Recommendations: Review customer vehicle history, make appropriate maintenance and repair recommendations, and explain service options to ensure informed decisions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.
  • Work Order Management: Create detailed work orders, ensure accuracy, and provide relevant information to technicians for efficient repairs.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct final quality checks and follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction post-service.
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with inventory personnel to ensure necessary parts are available and maintain minimal wait times for services.
  • Documentation and Reports: Maintain service records, prepare customer invoices, and generate performance reports as needed for management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in two-wheeler or automotive service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic technical knowledge of two-wheeler vehicles and their maintenance requirements is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Job Type: Full-time
