Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow.

Monitor office supplies and place orders as required.

Handle basic HR and administrative support when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

2-3 years of experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
