**Job Title**: Customer Support Advisor - Travel and Tourism
**Location**: Pune, India
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Responsibilities**:
- **Top-Notch Customer Support**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- **Technical Assistance**:
- Assist customers with technical inquiries related to travel bookings and sales processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- **Issue Escalation**:
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for swift resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective problem-solving.
- **Product Education**:
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions to enhance their overall experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and service quality.
- Actively contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall customer support experience.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records using our CRM system to track customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Ensure all customer information is kept confidential and handled with the utmost sensitivity.
- **Performance Targets**:
- Strive to meet and exceed performance targets, including response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
