**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design Innovation & Development:

- Create bespoke, innovative designs that meet client expectations for premium, high-end projects.
- Develop detailed 2D/3D models and ensure that designs are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and aligned with the latest luxury trends.
- Provide accurate estimates based on the approved designs and ensure cost transparency.

2. Client-Centric Design:

- Handle meetings with elite clients to understand their vision, preferences, and lifestyle requirements.
- Ask relevant questions during initial discussions to clarify confusion and guide the client toward the best design choices.
- Suggest luxury themes, trends, and materials, presenting compelling design concepts that reflect the client’s personal style.
- Document all client meetings and feedback to ensure clear communication throughout the project.

3. Project Planning & Timeline Management:

- Collaborate with project managers and designers to plan and execute premium luxe projects efficiently.
- Ensure that project timelines are met and that the design phase is closed on time without compromising quality.
- Communicate any cost inflations early in the process and seek client approval before making changes.

4. Technical Expertise:

- Oversee the technical aspects of both architectural and interior designs, ensuring compliance with luxury standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues, ensuring the accurate implementation of designs.

5. Collaboration & Execution:

- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including project teams, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure the smooth execution of premium designs.
- Work closely with the procurement team to source the best materials for high-end projects.

6. Sustainability & Innovation:

- Incorporate sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices into luxury designs where applicable.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in design technology and materials to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

7. Commercial & Residential Projects:

- Work on both premium residential and commercial projects, delivering designs that exceed client expectations and elevate the Decotales brand in the luxury market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience working on premium luxe projects (both residential and commercial).
- Strong understanding of luxury design principles, space planning, and materials.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and ensure accurate project documentation.
- A creative mindset with a meticulous attention to detail and a passion for luxury design.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Interior Design field: 1 year (preferred)
