**Job description**

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum experience of 1 year.
- Excellent command over Vray & Sketchup Lumion
- Ability to work on photorealistic exterior/interior
- Ability to transform models from 2D to 3D with realistic renders.
- Strong knowledge of materials and lighting for interior rendering.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
- Understand the project requirement and develop the best quality designs for both new and existing products.
- Offer suggestions for evaluating and improving the 3D designs.
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
- Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
- Flexible timings.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To create 3D models from architectural plans in 3ds Max,Vray,Lumion and Sketchup.
- Has a strong portfolio for creative work which also features the executed designs and details for managing the project
- Enhancing images using Photoshop.
- To create 3D walk-throughs.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 to ₹15,000.00 /month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
