As a HR Specialty Servicing Manager II in the Benefits team, you lead a team that delivers a best in class, simplified, and personalized experience to current and former employees in support of their HR (Retirement benefit) needs. You also have functional and/or location responsibilities. In delivering against these responsibilities, you adhere to company policy and guidelines in support of our mission to make dreams possible for everyone, everywhere, every day.
**Job responsibilities**
- Efficient and effective employee benefit Trust Governance with includes, facilitating timely trustee meetings, ensuring robust and efficient governance processes, overseeing the timely handling of governance documents, meeting notes, agendas, etc.
- Supervise the trust's investment portfolio and establish a governance framework for vendor management.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of cash flow and efficiently manage funding to ensure timely investments.
- Regularly review trust financials, including Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), investment registers, etc. Proactively update team leads on any identified gaps or observations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring a seamless actuarial valuation for the Trust, including providing relevant details to the Actuaries in a timely manner.
- Ensure the timely submission of regulatory returns and correspondence for the Trust through meticulous reviews, covering areas such as TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc. Additionally, conduct proactive, regular reviews of the relevant regulatory portal to stay abreast of notices, updates, etc.
- Lead audits, inspections, and regulatory/policy change processes related to employee benefits.
- Ensure the robust maintenance of internal controls and promptly report any observed gaps in a timely manner.
- Lead the strategic overhaul and transformation of existing processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and control. This involves a comprehensive evaluation, redesign, and implementation of streamlined workflows, leveraging innovative solutions and technologies to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the legal team for in-depth discussions and insights on pertinent matters.
- Conduct regular reviews of service health and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of vendors to ensure ongoing performance alignment with organizational goals. Ensure the timely management of invoices, contracts, and other vendor-related activities for effective vendor engagement.
- Manages team and vendor performance, leads by example, and provides guidance on procedures and best practices by using performance management resources to proactively monitor, coach, and develop employees through recognizing strong performers and managing those not meeting performance standards
- Ensures team’s adherence to operating policies, procedures, legal, and compliance regulations while independently resolving escalations
- Executes on business initiatives by developing, delivering, and maintaining open communication with employees, peers, leadership team, executives, and other lines of business
- Identifies and owns end-to-end process improvement opportunities, which may include recommending solutions, supporting training development, managing process/policy changes, and partnering with change management leadership team as necessary
- Leads a key function that delivers service to a key customer base, a sensitive process area, and/or lead location efforts for co-located HR Service teams
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Work Experience of 10-15 years, with a minimum of two years’ experience in leading Benefits operations at scale
- Knowledge of Regulatory compliances, labor law and Financial landscape impacting HR areas especially Employee Benefits plans
- Demonstrated analytical ability with a track record of strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to give feedback, coach others, and follow outlined Performance Coaching process to improve performance
- Ability to effectively interface with multiple stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapt to change, and meet deadlines

- Be hands-on, flexible, proactive and ready to roll up sleeves to deliver a shared agenda in a dynamic environment.
- Proven track record in leading large scale transformation and change mandates
- Self-starter with strong project management, analytical thinking and problem solving skill
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and/or HR Systems
